Programs & Initiatives
In 2026, AMSA is focusing on three pillars: policy, leadership and data. These are selected in direct response to what the field has told us they need. We understand these are interconnected elements our communities require.
State Collectives
State Collectives bring together mobile crisis leaders, advocates, and community stakeholders within each state to share knowledge, build relationships, and shape collective advocacy.
Current Collective States: Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Oregon, Colorado, Georgia.

Empowered Leadership Coaching Program
Supports practitioners leading crisis prevention and intervention programs, offering a dedicated space for reflection, growth, and skill-building.

AMSA Data Special Interest Group (SIG)
Brings together technical and research-minded practitioners to advance how data, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and technology support Mobile Crisis Response nationwide.
