The Empowered Leadership Coaching Program creates a dedicated space for mobile crisis practitioners to reflect, grow, and build sustainable leadership practices. Through biweekly sessions combining coaching, peer support, and identity-conscious leadership development, participants gain tools to sustain their impact while staying grounded in their values and communities.
