In the upcoming Law & Mental Health Conference, Dr. Sosunmolu Shoyinka of Philly’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services will describe the new reforms of their mobile crisis system which developed as a result of growth in their 988 service, including the four mobile service agencies – Elwyn, PATH, JFK, and Consortium.
